Call lists
Auto-generated lists (missing info, late payment, missing proxy), seasonal lists, recurring recovery (failed subscription cards), and ad-hoc operator / admin lists.
Operator console
Customer 360° from CRM, prior call history, script cards, in-call payment capture or update, post-call disposition codes (answered / appointment / call-back / declined).
CTI and reporting
Inbound caller-ID auto-opens the card; outbound click-to-dial; predictive dialer (optional); IVR. Reports cover handle time, conversion, operator performance, list burn-down. Calls are stored encrypted in S3 with GDPR-style access policies.
