Field Project and Shareholder Management (Water Well Example)
Wells, trees, facilities and other long-lived field projects — shareholder allocation, periodic inspections and donor-facing transparency, unified.
Tying a field project to its donor
The point of a field project is showing the donor it was actually opened, that it works, and that the community uses it. This module binds geo-location, cost, photos and recurring inspection records under one profile.
Project management
Location (country, region, village, coordinates), type (permanent / mobile / fountain / consolidated), drilling depth, flow rate, water quality, cost breakdown (drilling, piping, pump, labor), opening photos.
Shareholder assignment
A single well can be funded by multiple donors. A şüheda (martyr) plaque can be added on behalf of a deceased relative, supporting multiple dedications.
Inspection records and transparency
After opening, the field team performs periodic inspections — flow, pump, community usage, maintenance need. Each inspection is GPS-stamped and photographed. The donor sees live status from their panel.
