Template to e-signature, end to end
Contract processes too often turn into Word files lingering in email. This module unifies template management, multi-step signing, e-signature and archiving in a single flow.
Templates
Pre-defined contract / proxy templates, dynamic variable fields (name, amount, intent, proxy text), same template automatically rendered in TR / EN / AR.
Signer chain
Department head, legal, administration, finance — sequential or parallel signing. Process state (pending → in progress → completed → rejected) is visible live.
Cross-binding and remote signing
A signing process can bind to a proxy, donor contract, vendor contract or request approval. External parties can sign remotely via a public-sign link. Signed documents are stored encrypted in S3 with retention policies that match GDPR-style requirements.
